Located in the heart of town, this Muji-inspired mixed-use building blends minimalist design with surfer-friendly functionality. The light palette and warm wood tones were chosen to brighten the streetscape and stand out among neighboring buildings. The ground floor offers flexible commercial space—ideal for cafés or surf shops—while the upper floors house modern residential units with private balconies and built-in planters.
